Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment fields; PromoNFC does not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited payment information such as card type, last four digits and payment status.

When you visit our website we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

- To process, produce, ship and support your orders, including sending proofs and order updates.
- To calculate shipping and sales tax, process payments and prevent fraud.
- To set up your NFC products and your Tap2Launch access.

4. Tap2Launch and NFC Tap Data
When people tap your NFC products, Tap2Launch records engagement data such as tap counts, device type, approximate location and time so you can see analytics in your dashboard. This data is handled by Tap2Interact under the Tap2Interact Privacy Policy. If your destination content collects personal information from the people who tap, you are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any required consent.
5. Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill and support your orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We keep uploaded artwork to support proofs, reorders and reprints unless you ask us to delete it. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Security
Our website uses encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections, and payment details are handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
